How to Steep & Sip

The journey is yours when it comes to loose leaf tea. We recommend 1tbsp per 8oz cup, always steep covered, 3-5 minutes. Re-steep until clear.

    We prefer to keep it real. That’s why we opt to only use the whole root, leaf or flower in our blends. Considered the highest grade of tea, a little goes a long way. There is a lot to extract from a whole botanical, allowing for a stronger, deeper flavour profile and the option for multiple steeps

    Our teas will just hit differently. Most of our blends contain botanicals that are classified as nervines. They’ll provide a calming breath of relief to your nervous system. Some providing instant relief like valerian root or passionflower while others provide a more sustainable relief like oatstraw.
